Shipping Policy

Shipping is generally made within 1~2 business days. We ship with UPS ground, USPS, and Fedex. Saturday, Sunday, and holiday does not count as business days. Delivery time is usually 4-6 business days after the item has been shipped.

Return Policy, Restocking Fee

General terms of sale is, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Buyer is to pay the return postage cost. Shipping charges cannot be reimburse.

- Missing Remote ($40 for 3600 Hi Plus, 4500 Deluxe, AR3600S)
- Missing Remote ($30 VK400, VK350, K812, K800, CK500)
- Missing DVD $10
- Missing Video Cable $5
- Missing styrafoam DVD holder $10

Warranty Policy

We will replace any defective units including shipping charges within the first 14 days of receiving the product. After the 14 days, buyer must contact manufacturer for warranty. We will provide you with all necessary information.

SCAM AND FRAUDS

We will report any scam and frauds to your local police.
ALL OUR PRODUCTS HAVE OUR CUSTOM WARRANTY STICKERS ON THEM. These Stickers CANNOT be taken off, it will tear and rip.
- If you purchase a unit from Vietnam, and it stop working. DO NOT try to buy our product and swap it, WE WILL KNOW.
